Planning your event
01.STEP 1 — Choose Your Escape Experience
Start by getting a headcount of how many participants will be attending your event. Based on your group size, explore which escape room theme or themes you’re most interested in. Next, select your preferred dates and time frames. Having a few options available will help us find the best fit for your group.
02.STEP 2 - Party & Conference Room Rental
Want to keep the fun going after your escape? Come tour our conference/party room and see everything we have to offer! Your party room experience includes: A 75-inch TV so you can watch your group as they take on the escape rooms Comfortable couches Additional Tables and chairs upon requests Access to our kitchen Space to bring your own food, drinks, decorations, and desserts Board games provided by us for even more fun! You bring the celebration, and we provide the space and all the fun!
03.STEP 3 — Find Your Event & Submit Your Request
Head to our Book Now page and scroll past all of our escape room themes. There, you’ll find the name of your event and the request form. Complete the form with your event details, and one of our managers will shortly reach out to you to go over everything, answer any questions, and confirm your booking. A $200 deposit is required to reserve your event date and time. Have questions in the meantime? Give us a call or send us an email. We’re happy to help!

"We celebrated my daughter’s 14th birthday at Local Escape Rooms Memphis and it was absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Our party host and game master Ashlynn was EXTREMELY attentive, sweet and ensured EVERY DETAIL of the party was an absolute success! The party room was so much more than I expected, and they allowed me to come early to set up my food and decorations (it also helped that I had the entire time the kids were in the escape room to set up). The party room features a long dining table surrounded with oversized leather style cushion chairs. There was ample space for all our guests (Ashlynn brought in a few extra chairs for the main dining table for us). Along the perimeter of the spacious room are two long tables with plenty of space to set up food/cake/drinks/gifts. There are two separate couches and a few single seater chairs - plenty of space to lounge. There’s a large dry erase board so guests can draw/write funny messages for the birthday girl (you could use it to play games like Pictionary) and a large wall mounted flat screen television. The tv provided us video and audio of the kids while they were solving puzzles in the escape rooms - this was HILARIOUS to watch since there were SO MANY jump scares followed by endless laughter! The tv also provided the kids with a means to play music/tik tok/you tube - whatever their choice of entertainment while hanging out in the party room after completing the escape. There is use of a kitchen, fully equipped with a refrigerator, sink, microwave, and some various kitchen tools - this was extremely useful for final touch ups of the cake, cool storage of some of the food items for the hour the kids were in the escape room, as well as cleaning off my kitchenware for transport back home after the party. I also want to mention the facility is immaculately clean and very well decorated. You truly feel like you’re walking into a mysterious place, so there was already an excited buzz amongst the kids even before the escape room experience began. My daughter said the escape room was like stepping into the set of a really good movie. We have been to many escape rooms - this is the most impressive one she’s been to (the kids did The Sinners). Teenagers are particularly hard to entertain and I can happily say all the kids had a really great time. Thank you again Ashlynn and to Local Escape Rooms Memphis for making Madison’s 14th birthday one full of excitement, laughter and a lot of fun. These great memories will be shared for years to come "

We booked this for my son's 14th escape room birthday. Walking in we were immediately impressed with the facilities and the theming. We reserved their party room and it was Awesome! It was a group of 8 teenagers and 6 adults and the room was very comfortable, impressively decorated and perfect for the occasion. The parents had the option to watch and hear the kids while they did their escape room adventure but we chose to do our own escape room while the kids did theirs. We loved the room and felt it was the perfect challenge level. The kids also really enjoyed their room and we both finished about the same time. The employees were very attentive and helpful. There was a fridge and sink we could use for the party items. Everything was perfect for our group. Would absolutely 100% recommend and we will return to this location!
